Christian Education

Part of our vocation as Christians is to constantly learn more about the Christian faith and the teachings of the Church. We believe that the more we learn and discover about ourselves and God, the deeper our faith becomes.

At the Cathedral we offer a variety of classes from traditional Bible studies to innovative discussion groups throughout the year which are open to everyone. These opportunities are generally offered from September to June.

Church School

Every Sunday during the school year, children have the opportunity of attending Church School where they can learn about the Bible and Christianity in an atmosphere that is safe, child-friendly, and fun. Our enthusiastic and informed teachers use the curriculum Seasons of the Spirit, which follows the Anglican Church Calendar. Children begin the service with their families, and after the Collect of the day, they go to their classrooms for their lessons. They rejoin their families in time for Communion.

All children age 3 and up are welcome.
